Functional Integration
Individual sessions where the skeletal system is manipulated in a subtle and gentle manner through biomechanical techniques, to efficiently and functionally integrate the skeletal system. That is, to improve movement and this reduces tension, pain, bad movement habits, bad posture, chronic pain. It is carried out on a work table and lasts approximately 1 hour.


Self-awareness through movement (ATM):
Guided group or individual classes, where movement exploration is worked on in different configurations to re-educate the brain with better movement patterns. Its continuous practice improves posture and efficiency in any high-performance and functional physical activity. It helps reduce and control chronic pain and regulates the Nervous System, decreasing anxiety, depression and stress. It's for everyone! No experience is required and there is no maximum or minimum age to practice it.

Dancetherapy
Guided session where sensations, feelings and thoughts that reside in the body are explored to be seen and processed through dance, using music, sounds and more. Various creative modalities are used to culminate with this beautiful practice. It helps reduce tension, pain, helps process emotions in a more organic way, and brings the CNS to a state of peace and liberation.

Diaphragmatic Breathing
Various breathing techniques are used to calm the CNS, connect with the present, reduce pain and anxiety. It contributes to mental clarity.
